Please contact us by email. If your email reaches us before 3 PM, you will receive a response from us on the same day. Otherwise, we will get back to you promptly on the following business day. If you have an urgent matter or an emergency, you can also call us at any time. <\/p>\n

We only accept orders in writing. These must be sent either to info@fusionrent.de<\/a> or to the email address of the respective project manager. <\/p>\n

\t\t\t\t\t\tHow do I find out if my desired items are still available for the period I need them?<\/a><\/p>\n

Please contact us either by email or via the form on our homepage here<\/a><\/b><\/u>. You are also welcome to add the desired items to a watchlist online and then send it to us. Our team will contact you as soon as possible. <\/p>\n

\t\t\t\t\t\tI have received a quote. Are the items now reserved for me? <\/a><\/p>\n

No, a rental inquiry or a rental quote does not lead to the reservation of furniture. Only an order confirmation ensures a binding reservation of the corresponding furniture. <\/p>\n

However, if possible, we always try to contact customers who have already received a quote before re-renting the requested items without prior consultation.<\/p>\n

Please note that, based on experience, we receive many orders during February and March, June and July, as well as October to mid-December, and for major trade fairs taking place in Munich. We kindly ask you to inquire about and order the desired furniture as early as possible during these periods. <\/p>\n

\t\t\t\t\t\tWhat does the rental unit (VE) mean at Fusion Rent \/ What price do I pay if I need the furniture for more than one day?<\/a><\/p>\n

Fusion Rent calculates rental prices based on the Rental Period, whereby costs are not calculated per individual day or day of use, but according to a rental scale. This consists of rental units by which the net list price according to the current price list is multiplied. <\/p>\n

The first rental unit (1 RU) always covers three days = net list price x 1. If you need the furniture for between three and eight days, we charge 1.6 rental units = net list price x 1.6. The rental price scale for a longer period can be provided upon request. <\/p>\n

Trade fair prices apply for trade fairs at Messe M\u00fcnchen and the ICM. These apply for the entire duration of the trade fair and include transport and Pickup, as well as placement and collection at the exhibition stand. <\/p>\n

\t\t\t\t\t\tWho is responsible for insuring the furniture after Delivery?<\/a><\/p>\n

At Fusion Rent, the furniture is insured by us during transport, assembly, and Dismantling. For Delivery only, the responsibility lies with the renter to insure the equipment against damage and loss for the duration of the Rental Period (see also our General Terms and Conditions). The renter assumes the obligation to insure the rental products up to 48 hours after the end of the Rental Period. <\/p>\n

We are happy to recommend an insurance broker who understands how to offer insurance for the trade fair and event market. Please contact your project manager for this. <\/p>\n

\t\t\t\t\t\tWhere can I find CAD data for the furniture \/ does Fusion Rent also draw scale plans?<\/a><\/p>\n

We are happy to send you existing CAD data for our furniture. Please contact your project manager by email for this. <\/p>\n

If you do not have a drawing program and require a scale plan of your event or exhibition stand, we can create one for you at an additional cost. Please contact your project manager by email for this. <\/p>\n

\t\t\t\t\t\tI would like to pick up and return my ordered items myself, is that possible?<\/a><\/p>\n

You are welcome to pick up and return a large part of our furniture yourself during our warehouse opening hours. These are Monday to Friday 8:00 AM \u2013 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM \u2013 5:00 PM. <\/p>\n

We do not offer fragile furniture or equipment that requires complex on-site assembly for self-Pickup. In these cases, transport, assembly, and Dismantling must be handled by Fusion Rent. Please contact your project manager by email for this. <\/p>\n

\t\t\t\t\t\tUnfortunately, I need to cancel items. Until when is this possible? <\/a><\/p>\n

On our homepage, under the category\u00a0Downloads<\/u><\/b><\/a>, you will find our current right of withdrawal. Here you will find all information on cancellations, changes to existing orders, and late returns. <\/p>\n

\t\t\t\t\t\tIs it possible to view the furniture in advance or receive samples?<\/a><\/p>\n

Yes, Fusion Rent is happy to provide you with individual samples for a limited time without rental fees. For a small Delivery fee, we will send you the corresponding sample. Alternatively, you can pick up or view the furniture in our showroom by prior appointment. <\/p>\n

\t\t\t\t\t\tCan I also buy furniture from the Fusion Rent range?<\/a><\/p>\n

We are happy to offer all items from our rental range as used goods for purchase. Simply send us an inquiry to info@fusionrent.de <\/p>\n\n
